Bhogah Yoga is excited to partner with the Meriden Parks and Recreation Department. This partnership offers Meriden residents a special price on each 4 week yoga series offered below. Each class is on going and passes can be purchased any time. Each pass is valid for 4 consecutive weeks. This price cannot beat found anywhere else.

Class choices include:

Chair Yoga: Monday 10:30-11:30 am

Gentle Yoga: Tuesday 11:00 am-12:00 pm

Yoga Foundations (beginner): Thursdays 5:00-6:00 pm

All Level Yoga: Saturdays 9:00-10:00 am

Prenatal Yoga: Saturdays 10:30-11:30 am

Kids Yoga: Sundays 1:00-2:00 pm
